Join us in our Wish Week for Ryan Kroll!

March 12th-20th

Every year, Ponderosa DECA and Student Council  work diligently to create events which raise funds for non-profit organizations. This year, these two PHS activities have partnered with the Make-a-Wish Foundation to fulfill the dream of a very deserving Parker student.

Ryan Kroll, a Ponderosa student, suffers from Neurofibromatosis 2. NF2 is a distinct genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow along various types of nerves or tissue anywhere in or on the body. Ryan has valiantly fought his disorder and overcome multitudes of surgeries to remove tumors including his latest, an orange sized tumor in his brain.

As a member of the Ponderosa community, it is our hope that you, too, will consider what you could do to help this amazing young man and the Make-a-Wish Foundation to ensure Ryan’s wish, as well as the wishes of the many children with life-threatening conditions, comes true.

“A wish come true helps children feel stronger, more energetic, more willing and able to battle their life-threatening medical conditions. For many, the wish marks a turning point in the fight against their illnesses. Doctors, nurses and other health professionals say, the wish experience works in concert with medicine to make their patients feel better emotionally and even physically. That is why wishes matter. That is why we grant wishes” (Make-a-Wish Foundation).

PHS DECA and Student Council have created events, activities, and gatherings where any and all proceeds and donations will directly support making Ryan’s wish to go to London for a Minecraft convention come true. Please take a moment to preview the plethora of options available on this site and determine what you can do to help!

Thank you for your support!
